At Huzaro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home office setup. If your new furniture doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Huzaro account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and place all components into the original packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
